Next year on August first I am getting married! (yay!) 🙂 So, I’ve been thinking about what kind of manicure I should have for my wedding day. I’m still not sure what I want so I’m just experimenting with lots of different looks and styles. I’m pretty sure I will eventually decide on something really simple and elegant. When I googled bridal manicures I really didn’t like what I saw. I definitely don’t want a Kardashian inspired look!
This look is really simple. I used a Konad stamping plate m56. I wanted a nice delicate french manicure look. I like the lace effect, it’s pretty.
So, there will be many more bridal manicures over the next few months as I play around with different looks. I’d appreciate any advice from nail art bloggers! What manicure did you rock on your wedding day?

I like it, its very delicate and elegant, I also googled weeding maniucures and no way in hell would I wear some of the images that came up, I appreciate a lot of effort probably went in to them but they were tacky.
I went for a nudeish colour, I used Maybelinnes Forever Strong in Nude Rose, there is a picture on my swatch page, there should be a link in my last two nails of the week posts.
the good thing is you have time on your side, and can try loads of awesome ideas. Remember to keep pics for reference. I didnt give my nails a thought until the night before I got married lol.

It is smart of you to start trying out looks now. Your hands are so important for the wedding, because your photographer will want pictures of your hand intertwined with his to show off the rings at the very least. I know I did many practice trips to the salon until i got mine the way I wanted for six months.
